Hunter Drive, Bletchley
​The brief of this project is to design a two bedroom starter home which utilise the spare garden space of an existing dwelling house. It is located on a prominent corner of the junction, hence a challenge to maximising the site's potential while minimising its impact to the neighbourhood. The result is a “Room in the Roof” approach, with a building height that is not significantly higher than a bungalow. To avoid overlooking onto the adjoining dwelling's rear garden, all the roof windows are placed on the street elevation side.
