Founded in 2012 by RIBA Chartered Architect Ada Ngai, KK Architects is a design‑led practice specialising in residential projects, from renovations and conversions to extensions and bespoke self‑build homes.

Our work is grounded in more than twenty years of experience collaborating with social landlords, local authorities, private clients, developers, and contractors.

We believe thoughtful architectural design has the power to enhance our clients’ wellbeing. Our design philosophy embraces a holistic and collaborative approach, valuing the insight of both clients and the wider project team. Ada is an outstanding architect, I used her services at KK Architects to plan, design and gain all the necessary permissions, for my large building renovation and construction project. This included adding a 3rd floor, full length single storey rear and side of house extension and garden outbuilding.
