Beaufort Drive, Chatteris
​The project brief is to develop a small parcel of land (0.34ha) at Beaufort Drive, in Chatteris. This new build development comprises 15 no. two storey dwellings utilising off-site
timber frame technology. There are three standard house types with a mixture of two bedrooms and three bedrooms units. The floor layouts were designed to meet the housing quality standards as well as secured by design (SBD) certification.
